I don’t know how well it would do in that sort of climate. It grows wild in my yard.
When we bought this house, the whole yard was a wild English garden. We’ve tamed it a bit and planted grass where a lot of wildflower beds used to be, but we saved the lavender. It just pops up again every year all on it’s own.
It smells great, it looks great, and if you’re so inclined you can dry it & use it for tea or as a seasoning.
