    Ha! I was just there two weeks ago. I wish some of the drunk assholes I met there would have drowned at this spot. (Maybe they did? One can only hope.)

    Was there for 4th of July a couple years back. Didn’t see the sign. After that day I decided to think twice about swimming where most everyone else was not.

    I’ve been caught in riptides twice, frikken scary as hell. It takes a minute (that you don’t really have) to realize what happened and figure out which way to swim.
