You can’t have cold flames, can you? Flames are the energy released from a chemical reaction. I think you can have cooler flames, like soaking a tennis ball in rubbing alcohol, but I don’t think you can ever have cold flames.
Not a flame, but in this case, “cold” is a relative term. The red is the cold flame. As the temperature rises, so does the energy and hence the frequency (color). The blue flame is much hotter than the red.
I once tried to explain absolute zero to an old boss of mine and she just couldn’t wrap her mind around the idea that cold is an absence of heat. Before I could change the subject, she decided I was a troublemaker and fired me. No lie.
