    The only catch was you had to blog/vlog about it. That was it. It actually was the greatest job in the world. You basically GOT an island for 6 months.

    No it is real, they want a journalist type to blog and report on island life, how cool the Great Barrier Reefs are, etc.

    There was a huge amount of interest and applications… they have narrowed it down to 16 currently.
