    I used to hate Tiki images here and thought is was tasteless pandering. Alas, this site rules and we all should suck his dick a lil bit for it, or at least put up with others doing so.

    Dyna-Mole: I know what you mean. And I never understood why anyone would submit a picture like this until I found a Tiki one myself. My first impulse was, ZOMG GOTTA SHOW MCS POST RIGHT NAO. Didn’t do it though. Tiki doesn’t approve of most of my magnificent findings and I can’t handle rejection.

    This is a good cake.

    Would like to make a similar Tiki cake. Looks a lot cooler than typical frosting…is this fondant? Any suggestions on replicating welcome. I plan to make a standing Tiki totem pole cake using 8 Wilton 6″ round cake pans. Will hope the totem pole will not topple if I use drinking straws or thin bamboo skewers to secure layers as I stack them. Where can I buy (or how do I make) the fondant, if that is what is used here.
