That’s what I was thinking as well. As soon as Obama took office suddenly everything became his doing, as if Bush never existed at all. The initial bailout (TARP) was engineered by the Bush Administration. If anything, this should be the new mascot for the GOP, but the irony would make too many heads explode.
I think its weird that it implies that condoms are bad. Condoms are one of the best inventions ever. They let me have sex with making babies or getting crotch-rot. If anything is half as awesome as a condom, I am entirely in favor of it.

All the shit that Obama and Bush jr are being blamed for are because of policies put into place long before either were thinking of being prez… then to top that off, we have people like Maddoff and Lay who really shafted the economy… Then we have people who get too much house and car for their income.
I really love how people blame the banks for giving the loans out. I know how much I can afford and have never asked for more.
Either way, Obama doesn’t have a fucking clue and I wish there was a third VIABLE candidate we could have chosen from. It doesn’t really matter though. Obama is the second coming for some reason to ALOT of people.

Its a two-way street. Banks should be well aware that its a bad investment to give money to people who can’t pay it back. I understand there is or was some pressure about home loans, and that is horrible, but loaners and loaned alike are at fault here/
