I may be looking at that picture all wrong, but that looks more like a riding crop, to me, than it does an arrow.

Yeah, I really doubt that’s how she plays. It’s probably a promotional poster. Assuming she really plays like that is like assuming the dude’s in Metallica will be in electric chairs onstage.
Pretty sure it’s a riding crop. However playing an electric guitar upright with a bow has been done before. Mana of Malice Mizer fame did it pretty regularly. They’re a quirky Visual-Kei band from Japan. Goth-Metal-ish.
