It was hubby’s b’day today, so we went out to a seafood restaurant. I was fine til halfway home when I all of a sudden became carsick. I get home and and this pic is the first thing I saw when the puter came off stand-by. I thought I was gonna upchuck right there. I feel better now…so, yeah…yum.
@...Doctor Thompson: i used to be 100% carnivore now a omnivore and still even thou i tasted meat from almost all over the world. i would not eat that.
Now wouldn’t this just be a pork burger? With an awesome bacony flavor? Now that I think about it this would be worth the risk of rhino leather hard, permanently clogged arteries…
@...Phyreblade: Hubby did…along w/ lobster, crab legs and shrimp. We went out w/ some friends and just ordered every shellfish they had and 2 samplers. I enjoyed my steak.
@...nyokki: Ok, so what did you do to those doctors Nyokki? Did one (or all) of them make a pass at you? Did you reject them in a less that generous manner? I mean, honestly, they seem to have it out for you or summat…
@...nyokki: Nothing nefarious? Awww… I was so hoping for something juicy… 😀
And about the shellfish, I thought you only had to worry about compromised immune systems if they weren’t properly cooked? Is there more to it, or were you just being cautious, being in a restaurant and all?
@...Phyreblade: Something about the stuff in shellfish (all fish really but especially shellfish) being bad for a compromised immune system. Heavy metals and something else. I hate when I can’t remember something. I remember that I was told to avoid shellfish, but not why. grrrr
@...nyokki: No, that makes sense… Proper cooking would resolve the issue of bacterial or microbial contaminants, however it would not necessarily get rid of any of the chemical variety…
The unhealthiest helping of heart attack between two buns…but oh so tasty.
yuck.
Pepper Jack cheese FTW!
Drool engines set to maximum output….
@...ColombianMonkey: Go fuck the devil in hell.
My heart just clogged..zomg

Eh… bacon should be fried and put on top. Keep the flavors separated.

@...nyokki: Happy B’day to your hubby…
LOL… Did you, perchance, happen to have bacon wrapped scallops? 😀

@...nyokki: You had steak at a seafood restaurant? LOOL
Actually I don’t have no cause to laugh. I love my steak, so I always get the Surf and Turf or similar… I just can’t help it.. :/
@...Phyreblade: I’m not allowed to eat shellfish. Damn doctors.

@...Phyreblade: Nothing nefarious, I promise you. I’m on immuno-suppressing drugs and that means shellfish are out.

Gee… That’s a bummer… 🙁
