The man with no name, one of the greatest trilogies ever made. Anyone catch the AMC marathon hosted by Matt Hasselbeck and a couple other Seahawks … almost ruined it for me. Then Mr. Eastwood came on the screen …
No, not strange, just a little surprising hearing it come from a 16 yo girl where the current trends of manliness is guys who call woman “bitches” or guys who wear more make-up than the girls that hang onto their arms, that’s all.

@...gor: Just means you have raised a daughter with good taste.
Ah gotcha. Well yes that is quite true. I’m only 19, but I can see through it. It’s the media brainwashing everything that breathes and has money, it’s always been that way.
I don’t see what’s appealing about guys who wear their jeans as tight as me, or if they constantly have to fix their bangs which cover half of their face.
But your daughter and I aren’t the only ones.
And as Sumo said, it just means that you were a good parent.
Best movie ever!!! I don’t understand why he betrays the Ugly though. I guess to add some drama to the story. Check out Gran Torino. Dirty Harry is back!
Somehow Clint backing McCain wasn’t as bad as Chuck Norris making himself a tool with Mike Huckabee. Who is somehow worse then McCain.
@...SumoSnipe: Seriously, you guys need to keep up. There are girls on the internet. We just don’t usually brag about it.
It is interesting tough that the assumption is male (assuming a non-gender specific name) and that most can’t tell unless we specifically say we’re female.
@...Annarchy: I wanted so bad to be Clint Eastwood. He was just so cool and such a good-bad guy.
Ah… Clint Eastwood was the Man. Until he decided to back McCain. He lost some major cool points in my book for that. But I’m not really that surprised, as they were supposedly friends to begin with…
@...Puulaahi: He doesn’t actually betray Ugly. Ugly would have betrayed him. He was just making sure he didn’t get stabbed in the back is all…
@...nyokki:
Tomboys for the win? @...SumoSnipe:
Yup, there are women on the internet. Until our default font on any forum turns pink, you will never know who we are.
@...nyokki:
Interesting. I was very much a tomboy. Saw Clint and had to have a six-shooter. Played with only boys, climbed trees. So much better than playing dolls with the girls.
@...Annarchy: I really do find this interesting. I never played w/ dolls either and played w/ all boys except for my sister. But I think it worked out that way simply because there were no other girls to play w/. For the most part, I’m more comfortable around guys. I was never into sports though I did play volleyball in college.
@...Annarchy: True and it only gets worse as the numbers grow. I really do hate the cattiness of some women. I just can’t take it and have no patience for it. Now, cool chicks like us and the other not-girls on this site are a totally different story. 😉
LOL And there you have it, ladies and germs… I submit “Exhibit A”, this thread, as undeniable proof that there are no girls on the internets.
Only cool chicks and not-girls 🙂

he says “i’m clint eastwood and i approve this wallpaper, punk”
“The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly” wallpaper
@...erock11:
Well no. Only the good is in the picture, therefore it’s just the Good Wallpaper.
My 16 year old daughter thinks Clint Eastwood was “extremely hot” (her words) back in the day. BTW, Gran Torino is an outstanging film.
You say it as if it was strange. Clint Eastwood was absolutely hot. Dear god. Still is, sorta. In an, old film director kind of way.
And he made a film with Angelina ♥ ! He’s perfect. Except for the whole McCain part. But I can look past that.
badass

More like BEST wallpaper!
Great wallpaper! I grew up wanting to be Clint Eastwood. Too bad I’m not a guy.
@...Annarchy: wait. What? another one? Dammit where was the memo??
@...Puulaahi: Nah, Outlaw Josey Wales is the best movie ever. But you’re still in the same ballpark.
“Dyin’ ain’t much of a livin’, boy.”

@...Record Store Tough Guy: Agreed. Josey Wales has great lines and there’s always ugly people in Eastwood films. You really don’t see that much.

@...Annarchy: I don’t know. I was never a tomboy either. Weird. I don’t know how I would describe myself.

I played volleyball in 8th grade. Yeah, I am way more comfortable around guys. Us girls, we can be a bit catty, you know?

Aw, that’s nice of you.
