    Not being a dick, but aperture wouldn’t have much to do with that effect. It’s all about the shutter speed. If I were to make a guess, that’d be a 4 second shutter speed with an aperture of probably f16 or f22. I didn’t look at the flickr link so someone correct me if I’m wrong.

    I believe you are right, I think these are done using extended exposure times…
