A rather large one I think. This one is bigger than the (mostly) dead ones that would wash up at Great Kills Gateway Beach in SI, NY. I’ve been stung once by a (mostly) dead one and that hurt like a motherfucker.

    that sure as shit aint great kills in the pic…I don’t see any dead bunker or guidos on wave runners…

    peatpunk: Lol, no not Great Kills. Do they still get the yearly influx of half dead jellyfish? I’ll be up for Thanksgiving, perhaps I’ll take a ride out. I heard Wolf’s Pond and the Conference House have been redone nicely.

    jellyfish not so much, horseshoe crabs YES!. Wolfes pond is nice…also check out the new pier at the bottom of sand lane/father cappodano. Snug Harbor of course..lots of good photo ops there in the summer…www.borghard.com/photo/IMG_4768.jpg
