It is 14 withing three years. So if you have sex with anyone under 14, its illegal. If you have sex with anyone aged 14-17 as long as it is only a three year difference. As soon as the person is 18, anything goes, just like america. If 94 you can fuck an 18 year old.

Which province would that be in? Federal laws don’t state what you just said. I learned that same rule in high school law class but after doing some research later on found it was not true for Canada. I got the same wrong info you did long ago. It ain’t true.
