@...outofocus: This has everything to do with abstinence. Some idiot parents (christians mostly) actually think that by not teaching their children sex education, it will some how prevent their children from having sex. But since you can’t just lop off their genitals, the lack of knowledge will tempt their children to “experiment” and figure it out on their own.
And everyone who has a different opinion is wrong.
That is how opinions work.

Soory casemods, that is actually a Crossman air pistol. fires .177cal lead pellets. I have one, good for nearly getting shot by a cop on halloween. (It was a good Dirty Harry costume, I thought)
@...AlecDalek: I see. While I do agree that abstinence is an important skill to use (or maybe we should just implement sterilization at birth), I don’t really like the fact that they’re using weapons (granted, not real) to try and make the point.
The implications are varied and so it has a greater chance of being misconstrued. Personally, I think the ad with the kid throwing a tantrum in the store is a fantastic way to make the point.
What is “abstanence”? And how does it apply to this image?
This image suggests poor parenting by letting an infant near objects the infant is too young to be educated about.
EVIL BABY HAS BLOOD ON SHIRT
@...Pants: It’s a skateboarder, and since when are grenades silver?
haha and that’s a cap gun, you can clearly see the cap holder where the bullets should go.

Because, of course, an “idiot parent” is any parent who disagrees with you.
Misspelled posts on MyConfinedSpace: Preventing your ugly babies from playing with toy grenades and empty cap guns since 2008.
@...Phil Elmore: Yes.
Because I am always right.

Military commercials every what? 20 seconds? Violence on every other TV show and 24 hrs on the news. *shrugs No big deal.
@...Puulaahi: Violence is a fact of life. We are very sheltered in comparison to the children of only a few generations ago.
probably has poor trigger discipline.
Wait, wat?
