YES-excellent image. reminds me of “the chateau de’relaxo” in laguna beach- a friends old pad. If your near laguna beach- Its the ONLY house left in Cali ON the beach. literally. El-nino got him red-tagged.

@...WaltherKid: south of public beaches- on the “private” beaches- which is stupid- no body can own a beach! but anyways, south laguna. good luck finding a staircase open to public…it does have some really good tide pools near it.
If I get a chance, I’ll hunt it down and snap an image. Maybe I can get it up here on [MCS].
