Aha! That’s near my house!! It’s in Shelburne, Vermont. There’s a sculptor that lives in town that did it. It is not a functional hydrant, obviously, but each individual one was, at some point in time.
I dont know that it would be considered art as much as it would be considered a toy for ass play that dub_1211’s mom left out on the lawn again.
Some point in time would have been before Gunface’s mom got hold of them. Now they are scarred for evermore.
At first sight, I thought that was an anti-tank thingy, except those used to be done with just plain old pieces of rail.

i’m trying to make it look like an anchor but my brain won’t let me.
