The best part is that these planes are retired. That’s right, a plane so advanced that no other country has the ability or means to make, is retired. Why? Because we have made even better planes that has taken it place. Fuck yeah!
Thanks to wikipedia, it was the Yugoslav army that shot it down. They did it with old technology, pretty much just throw a missile up at it and hope it hits.
OMFG, one plane out of hundreds were shot done in a one in a million chance! Alert the media!
But that’s the thing with the one in a million chances, if you do something a million times and it should work at least once. Not that the one in a million chance actually helped Yugoslavia, because they only shot down one and couldn’t repeat their success anymore. Maybe if they spent a little more time learning to shoot airplanes instead of committing genocide, Yugoslavia might still be around.
Wow Caio, you actually learned something and now you, for whatever fucking reason, has decided to let everyone know now. That’s like a 4 year old boy interupting adults talking about the news just to say he knows how to tie his shoes.
What do you what Caio, a fucking pat on the back? Are you that starved for attention?
Didn’t they discover during the Kosovo crisis that cell phone signals bounce off the surface of these, and that’s how they were detected? I remember reading that in a newspaper years ago (don’t ask me to remember the paper, or the exact details).

Nah, the 117 has(had?) a radar signature… about the size of a sparrow. So you had to watch for a bird sized blip moving at a few hundred miles an hour and try to hit it. Gonna miss seeing them flying around, they were stationed just south of me.
Comin’ here to save the mother fuckin’ day Ya!
pilot: you cant see me on the radar muslims, im stelth, yea!
ground forces: just shoot when you see the american flag…
that must be the one dedicated to flying at air shows.
but- it’d be REALLY funny if that was the last thing Bin Laden ever saw…
