Thought so – in Melbourne, Australia. I had to drive around there when I was learning. Trams (trolleys) make it even more complicated. There’s a weird thing called a hook turn that you have to do in some intersections. Means Waiting at the top left of the intersection until the light goes green for the OTHER direction. Then you can take off. That’s actually fine – it’s the cocks who ignore the hook turn rule that cause serious trouble.
I have enough trouble with the 3 light version…
A separate traffic light for bicycles would be cool if they actually followed it.
