When I was in college, I had one lady in charge of internships literally laugh in my face until I walked out. Unless you’re non-white and/or female (preference given to those who are both), you might as well not bother even asking.

I would like to apologize to my white brothers. I topped the bell curve all the way through university, and I found I was joined mainly by ‘Singhs’ and ‘Chos’ and ‘Kims’ and ‘Chows’ and ‘Patels’…
But I feel that this is my fault and my fault alone. I realize that it’s part of my white brothers’ culture to get shit faced drunk at frat parties every knight, not show up for class for weeks on end, then to show up stoned out of their minds, and to not have basic literacy or to crack a book.
I feel that by studying every night and attending all my classes I was gaming the system and denying white people of their god-given right to be lazy, not work hard and be given a lot of money to live a luxurious lifestyle.
I would like to apologize to you, NOIP, and offer an olive branch to you my white brother.
Whites will get more interviews because they are better workers.
Blacks get interviews because the law requires them.
Hispanics get interviews because they work well in landscape.
Asians get interviews because they are smarter then everyone.
That’s been my experience.
Enjoy your racial divisions while you have them.
There is no future in racial purity.
In fact it barely exists now.
One day all you people will be like Caio.

Race is basically arbitrary. We’ll make up new divisions when skin color is no longer relevant. Like forehead wrinkles.

While a few “whiteys” might be “the Man”, the rest of us face the same problems with employment and advancement as EVERYONE ELSE. People like you (and there are a lot of them) put the same kind of discrimination on us as they claim to face themselves.
I may be Caucasian, but I am a mix of Spanish, Italian, Austrian, and a wee bit of Native American( Everyone has a little). So a white guy that preaches that purity crap, is a liar.
Also comparing people by race is not scientific at all and stupid. Look at the human facial structure, now that is scientific.
