    The Matrix: Rebooted

    I don’t doubt it’ll get the basic plot right, but the trailer looks like its missing the themes and nuance that makes Watchmen great.
    For instance, the characters aren’t heroes in any sense of the word, they’re emotionally immature people running around in stupid costumes. They’re supposed to look dated and corny.

    Obviously he’s not doing it to the letter of the book, because that would just be a slideshow. It necessarily needs to be changed and interpreted.
