I’m almost 100% the painter and the ladder are too, painted.
They are, saw it on banksy’s website. And if you look closely the cop and dog are painted on too.
Wow, so he spray painted something about “Big Brother”. Did he realize that while he’s spray painting it, “Big Brother” was watching him, then probably arrested him and convicted of it. His sentence? Erasing it.
