    Who cares. Look at the thing. Every spec of light in that galaxy that you see is a star much like our own, And most of the light specs on the background are galaxies just like this.

    I don’t think that’s a photo at all. It’s just an ‘artist’s concept’. I can tell by some of the pixels and having seen a lot of scifi book covers in my day.
