Yes, it might be a scavenged gun from the Underhive, but that doesn’t really make it an actual WH40k gun. That just makes it a gun.

IT looks like someone just painted the nerf sniper rifle. Not saying its not cool, but realy thats what i think it is.
With a bit more modification it could look like a bolter.
It’s a Lasgun, standard armament of the Imperial Guardsmen.
That same Nerf gun was used to make a Lancer from Gears of War.
The same Nerfung was used to lance your mother as I geared up for the whore.

Aye, both Lasguns and Hellguns have rechargeable powerpacks. But really, the shape of the gun is wrong in every single way. For a Las- or Hellgun that is.

It is a painted Nerf Longshot CS-6 Sniper rifle, I have one myself, it is great for dorm nerf wars! I modded mine out so it can shoot accurate to about 60 ft.
whats the point to moding a nerf rifle? I would like to mod my tippman a-5 to look like this tho… that would be sweet…
