    It looks like a Ruger Mini-14 with a LOT of custom work. Also doesn’t look like it has a free-floating barrel, which is bad.

    Yeah, I think that’s an adjustable cheek weld. Pretty nice feature to have on a gun you use to reach out and touch someone.
