“cell” in the usage of Cellphones takes a pretty complex understanding of the english language, “Hand Phone” is alot simpler to figure out
I know in German the word for Cell Phone is also “Handi”
yep.. ‘handy’ is german (pronounced like handy) for cell.
oh yeah, that makes much sense, since there is so much german on that sign there…
