    Apparently the boat hit rough waters in the Arabian Sea June 16-19, and lost at least 3 containers. Waves were 7m-10m high. They limped into port looking like this three days later.

    I’ve heard horror stories about people shipping antique cars or other family heirlooms across the ocean in a container and getting nothing back but a bunch of pieces. I guess there’s not much that you can do against 10m waves, though.

    Can’t they tie them down better? You know, actually secure them instead of hoping gravity will do the job…
