I left the WH40K some time ago but I´m pretty sure it´s not a Chaos Marine but an Inquisitor or something alike. The cross seems to be the Malta or the Templars´ one if that helps.

I would like to point out this is not a Chaos Space Marine. It is a Black Templar, the Emperor’s Champion to be more precise. The Black Templars are a Crusading Chapter of Space Marines that hunt Chaos and the enemies of the Emperor where ever they go.
