I vote it is a generic sci-fi dude in armor with some Giger undertones.
It reminds me more of a marine from starcraft
They (tau) wouldn’t give a human an XV25 anyway, too new, might give the tech away. they do give’em XV15’s with attached Power weapons, but no rules for them.
