The Infinite Thread Part 1

There’s been a thought knocking around the back of my head that I should bring back the forums, but comments on MCS are so low velocity that having an entire section just for forums seems like over kill.  I think I’m going to steal an idea from freethoughtblogs.com/pharyngula/ and just make a single post where everyone can comment whatever nonsense comes to their mind and even add images (I think?  someone other than me should test this out on this post).  I’ll close the old one and open a new one when it gets to a certain number (TBD) of comments.

So the goal is to just comment and talk about whatever the fuck you want to talk about here.  I’ll start it off with a comment about a new website that I launched over lunch.

The WWE Network Is Officially Shutting Down Ahead Of Netflix Move

The WWE Network has long been the home of WWE’s library in international markets. Here in the States, WWE’s streaming channel had a run on its own before getting integrated into Peacock.

I actually have some fond memories of using the WWE app to watch the guy that played Arrow battle some yahoos in a ring and at the time thought it was one of the smoother user experiences of the apps that were available at the time. I’m all for companies doing what they’re going to do with their own products, but there’s definitely going to be something lost when they move out of a dedicated app into the massive deep sea of content that is Netflix.
