This is a mental lack that happens a lot here in my country ( Brazil ) especially in my city ( Campo Grande – MS / Pantanal ). Needs only a note in the night news on television that MAYBE will be raining tomorrow, and the first thing you’ll see early next day while going to work is a bunch of car accidents.
