this is actually in brazil, its very common that clothing in Rio Grande do sul (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rio_Grande_do_Sul) where i live, where there’s a great influence from uruguai and argentina, people in rio grande do sul are called gauchos, and this is their style, this in portuguese is called “Gineteada” its like rodeo, but the conditions are way worse than the american rodeo. glad to help
