The Krispy Kreme shop at the Mall of America features a machine that makes the donuts, batter to boxes; cool to watch, ultra fresh to nom on!
My kids always had to make a stop when we went shopping there.
The one that remains here has it. There were at one time I think 3 but the other 2 closed because the company managing them up here look like the guy on the far left and pissheads are horrible businessmen.
As an aspiring dietitian, I should wholly disapprove. However, in moderation, I do love the classic glazed from Krispy Kreme. Especially melt-in-your-mouth freshly made.
i have had krispy kreme donuts a grand total of one time, and they were revolting. other people rave about them, i can’t figure out what they’re talking about.
conversely, i get a dozen doughnuts every week from the korean lady down the street, and they are delicious.
At the peak of their expansion, there were two Krispy Kremes near where I live. I was a lot younger then and could get away with eating them regularly…and I did with pleasure.
Once you have Krispy Kreme donuts, especially when they are fresh out of the oven, regular donuts just seem pathetic in comparison. Especially Dunkin Donuts, to that guy above, which are lesser quality than a lot of other donut chains.
My friends and I used to swing by Krispy Kreme on the way home from Tommy’s (divine burger joint for you non-California nobodies) back then. My record still stands at 10 donuts in one sitting; I was always disappointed I never managed to finish an entire box of a dozen in a single sitting.
Now that we’re all 30+, we can’t get away with eating so horribly. Fortunately, they vanished after a while, leaving us with only memories.
I love Krispy Kreme donuts, but I’d rather have an In N Out Burger any day. Luckily they are usually right next to one another on the good ol California Freeways and pretty much the West Coast of America in General.
I love donuts, especially Krispy Kreme. Unfortunately I only eat them very rarely and if I tried to eat 10 in one sitting…well there’s not enough insulin in the world…
Great Doughnuts! Although the pic at the top was taken right before the arabic guy exploded himself, killing everyone in the room in the name of Allah. all in hopes of getting to heaven with 72 virgins.
Go ahead, call me a racist now. I could literally care less.
bacon donuts?
wtf?
how do i get one of those?
That’s a bacon cheddar doughnut burger.
Tiki. Great idea.
Sell those!
its called a Luther after Luther Vandross
People already sell those burgers. They are pretty famous.
I have never tried a Krispy Kreme doughnut.
But I`d sell my soul for one of those glazed crullers right now.
These all look and taste disgusting
“Loved by the world” but we still had to use one guy twice in the same image.

Likely all the main stores do, it’s too cool a machine to be a one off.

Everything in moderation!
i prefer shipley’s.
There aren’t any Krispy Kreme where I’m from, but my friend in another state says they’re delicious.
[trollface] I wonder if those Muslims will be eating doughnuts in that giant Muhammed idol-shrine they’re building in midtown.[/trollface]
[also with the trollface]
they’ll sure stop when we tell ’em it’s lard they’re cooked up in..
heheheh [face off]
So don’t tell them what they’re cooked in.
Shit’s disgusting. Give me Dunkin’ Donut’s over these any day.
You’re fuckin crazy, crispy creme are way better than dunkin shitnuts any day.

Why is that guy on the far left in the same image twice in the top ad?!?

12 regular glazed Krispy Kreme donuts = 264 carbs = 106 units Aspart for me.
22 carbs each?! I gotta get me some donuts!
